My HD has 14.0 GB worth of Music on it. I think probably about 80% of that is Trance and Prog, so it's all good.

Rest is rock and the like (Radiohead and such).

20GB Music (mostly EDM)
40GB All Simpsons episodes
20GB Movies
50GB Misc Downloads - TV shows, Movies, Music, whathaveyou

60 gb hard disk

about 40 gbs of which is rendered wavs, unfinished songs, test renders and generally production related stuff that i dont use anymore but keep just in case i need them in future. (which will probably be never)

2 gb windows install

1 gb microsoft office 2000 (cuz we all have to do work sometime right?)

the rest is all essentials like winamp, winzip, adaware etc etc etc

Posted by -=M=- on Oct-29-2004 04:32:

15gb of only melodic trance, nothing hard, no prog, no psy, all melodic/uplifting melodic

~10 GB of music. I sorted it out once... a year or so ago.

My work computer has 68MB of Music. (1 CD I ripped in crappy quality so I could listen to it here when I wanted)

my hard drives are doing fine right now. my old western digital is loving how my new maxtor is helping him with with some data backup, and how the maxtor runs at 7200, while my western digital runs at 5400. my western digital tells me that now since the maxtor is taking the grunt of the data work and virtual memory load. now the western digital is doing nothing but playing music, or running my apps.
