So I got a bit of a problem...

This is a pretty damn stupid story on how I am gonna get the shit kicked out of me but figured I'd tell ya'll anyways.

One of my friends a little while ago found out that I talked to his sister once and I added her on msn oh yay big deal shes ugly anyways and he got all pissed off. I didn't talk no shit or anything and the guy decides that he all of a sudden hates me.

Now a few days ago I saw him at a major bus terminal where alot of people usually go after school and he decided he was gonna mouth me off and then try and beat me up(yes he went after me)So of course I defended myself but it went for the worst for him. I beat the shit out of him and he ended up smackin his head on the concrete which I didn't mean to do on purpose. I then left to go home which I originally planned to do.

Now I have people at my school trying to fight me(also people which used to be my friends) and they wanna jump me and do about a 10 on 1 and just lay me on the ground and keep kicking. This has nothing to do with them and considering the fact that the guy in the beginning tried to fight me? Also that bus terminal that I have to go to to go home at everyday I can't go there anymore because they all wanna jump me. So now I have to try and find a different way to go home and also have to watch my back at my school.

I can understand maybe if I deserved to get my ass kciked ok I wouldn't think this was very stupid but the guy came after me! I guess I'm just gonna have to take a beating one of these days and hope for the best that they don't injure me to bad.

Have they actually made threats towards you? if so, you can call the police and tell them it is so.

If they do decide to jump you, youve already started a paper trail, which you can use if need be. Additionally, a restraining order might be the ticket, depending on the exact details of the situation. Dont carry a weapon and fight them with it. You will go to jail if you do this, then your probation might be revoked once youve started the conciliatory process, and youll have to go to jail for a stupid reason...

well actually the first fight happened on thursday. Then on friday some people came up to me and one guy pushed me and wanted to fight me right there. I broke my hand in the first fight there was obviously nothing I could do. Some people broke it up and I went back to school but they were gathering up the gang right there to jump me. If I go to the cops its just gonna make them wanna kick my ass even more. I couldn't really get a restraining order on anyone because there are to many people involved with their asian gang it couldn't really be directed at one person.

You must trust me on this. Start a paper trail and try to avoid being alone at any given time. The more witnesses, the more likely that, if anything does happen, they will be punished appropriately. Even if you dont want to file a restraining order, you can file a complaint. Anyone who was around when the first fight broke out might help you out as well.

Ahhh High school...it was so fun at times, yet the immaturity makes it so hard to enjoy at others

Well these guys don't care what goes on. When they were gonna jump me on friday they were in the mall cafeteria at my school where there is security guards and about 300 people.

I usually have about 3 or 4 people with me except they'll end up gettin beat down too cause they are good friends of mine and there is no way they are just gonna let me get taken down even if there is about 10 of em.

I just hope to try to avoid a fight as much as possible and stay away or even if they do come up to me walk away I'm just worried about gettin cheap shotted then.

if all else fails, it's quite easy to bite through someone's throat and into their windpipe...

or so im told...

well I fucked with a white guy who is mostly a loser but has a couple friends. These guys that are defending him aren't even really his friends they just like to start shit cause thats all they have in life.

dont be afraid to seek help such as cops, or principal, they're bigger pussies than you think, they will get scared off and not see it worth while, most of them just wanna see a fight or be in a fight for the hell of it

IMO, lie low, and think of creative ways to get around (as you said)... some brass knuckles may not be a bad idea in case of any cheap shots, sudden cornering, that sort of thing...

This same thing happened to me at school.

I beat up some popular guy that was meant to be tough, and then I heard from everybody that he and his friends were going to bash me. I spent months being shit scared and watching my back. Nothing ever happened though and the stress was not worth it.

First, get some mace and brass knuckles. They may be very handy.

Second, notify the school administrators about what happened so that they are on notice. When you're at school and your under 18, the school probably is responsible for your safety. If somethings to you, they may be liable criminally and civily. So let them know, so that they can adjust your schedule or their schedule and provide personal security of need be.

Third, notify the police about what happened so that they are also on notice. They may warn the punks and keep an on eye on them for a while. If their pussies maybe the cops can scare them. You may also be able to get a restratining order against the whole lot.

Fourth, never be alone for a while. Always have at least one person around.

Fifth, stay low for a while. Its not pussy to evade him. Let this hothead cool down. He was humiliated and he wants vengeance. Chances are that he'll cool down, but you have to give him a little time. Don't accept any invatation to meet him for a peace offering.

Sixth, if all else fails, tell him who have thousands of TAs backing you up.

Pepper spray is an interesting and viable alternative. especially if there are any type of witnesses. Dont forget...things like keys also make good weapons

If you know who each of the people is, take the fight to them individually and just beat the living shit out of them. After you kick the shit out of a couple of them, the rest will pussy out and just start begging you not to hurt them.

The fact is that most fights don't end up in the courts, period, and even if it does you're a minor and not a repeat offender so you don't have too much to worry about. I've been in a hell of a lot of fights, but none of them ever went to trial because most of the time, if the other person had called the police we would have both faced charges. Most people don't want to put themselves in that situation, so they don't report it to the police.

My only recommendation would be that if you're going to fight them, don't do it at school were someone else is going to call the cops.

You'd have to be a retard to pick a fight AT school. Even so, it was in our Student Code of conduct (Parker, CO) that even defending yourself in a fight will warrant you punishment from the school - so make sure you have absolutely NO choice before you initiate in combat at school.

omg asian "gangstas." beat their asses. if you need a weapon, just use their calculators or SAT books. i'd only be worried if they knew karate. my guess is they don't. plus, that shit only works if you're bruce lee or jackie chan, which they aren't.

i'll be the contrarian. avoid conflict. don't take arb's and halcyon's advice. you can get jumped and get the shit beat out of you and no one may be around to put a stop to it if things don't go your way. you could get a concusion, or worse yet, if someone hits you with a bat.

unless you're a thug (i doubt that) and you are willing to and can do some serious damage to that guy and several of his friends, don't fight that guy period, much less in a non-public place.

Yeah i think my best chance is to avoid it as much as I can. Thing is for me to get home though I will probably encounter them. The asian thugs are at my school and its white and asians on my way home from school. Damn I'm fucked. I hope after all this maybe they beat me a little bit and it doesn't hurt at all and then they just back off.

1) The fact of the matter is that you did NOT initiate the fight.
He started it and ended up getting his ass kicked. He is probably under tremendous peer pressure to return the favor and may even lose face/reputation/status amongst his friends if he dosen't get to beat the living crap out of you.

2) Chances are that he will be onto you for a while. Probably a month or more. He will try to find you during school, after school at the bus-stop etc.

Defensive option:
Don't travel alone. Keep atleast 10 friends with you(buff friends would be very handy ). Going to usually crowded/over-crowded places would be a plus as they won't jump you with so many people around. There are also chances that you may see some goons milling around your house. If that happens, report it to the authorities. Try and get details if possible(car plate numbers).Staying low altogether would the best option of course. If a fight starts at school just RUN..leave school and go. Atleast you'll live to fight another day. A good idea would be to have your buddies meet you everyday right after school until it calms down. This is assuming that ALL your buddies don't study in the same school as you.


Offensive option:
As mentioned before, take them out one by one,starting from the one who has a problem with you to the rest of his group.Disable him if possible..breaking both the legs is a better option as opposed to the hands/arms. A man on a wheelchair is out of the picture already.

I say take the offensive and jump him before he jumps you. After you're through with him just make sure he can't walk for a long time.
