Trance Energy ID: what does it mean?

I was just wondering, what is that ID they say in some Trance Energy sets? It's something like 'fifty acht party night'. It sounds really cool, but what does it mean?

They say "Radio 538 partynight". Radio 538 is the radio station that broadcasts Trance Energy!
