no it is not a rip-off, it sounds awful thought.. but nice try for a first time.. sounds very alike to the commercial vocal trance riffs imo...

unintentional ripps does NOT accur very often..

It isnt a ripoff. In my opinion, you should try to make the lead less variation, not so many ups and downs. If you know what i mean..
