Comment about idiots suffering

Since Taha always makes blanket statements then closes the thread because he cannot back them up. I'm starting this thread and I'm going to continue the discussion about it because we were actually getting somewhere and so I'm going to continue it

final conclusion
you get what you deserve.

sorry for the non-idiots who have to suffer

Now my original point, that Taha failed to let me express was that it is usually lame ass people who are NOT americans, who don't live in the country to make ignorant comments about America. You don't live there, you don't see the reforms and laws and how they really do effect the common person, not if any of the Americans want to hate Bush, then they can easily make that assessment because they do live there and they do see what Bush has done that has affected their lives. Most of you actually judge America on one thing, their foreign policy on the war on Terror and that's the only reason that most of you hate Bush to begin with.

oh if anyone wants to have a discussion about this fact, then feel free to post. That's what the Political Forum is about, having discussions about things, not hiding and closing your own threads because people have different opinions.

I personally felt that George W. Bush was a bad candidate because of his stance on abortion, stem-cell research, health care, and the war.

That is my opinion.

So who's Taha?

Posted by torontotrance on Nov-03-2004 17:28:

see that's valid because you live in the United States and you have seen first hand, how your leader has changed the country.

I second those points and also include the environment and I diasagree with Bush's economic policies. I don't believe that his policies, especially domestically do not benefit the majority of Americans in their everyday lives.

You called him a juicehead. That just made my day a whole lot better.

Well that's too bad taha because I will continue to speak my mind and there is nothing on this board that can stop me from doing so. You make lameass verbatim remarks with no regard for anything and I for one am completely and utterly fed up with them. You always have to close your threads because I post, that is because you are a scared individual and I'll keep showing people the stupidity of your posts. It was a decent discussion but you had to close it as usual, you are gutless, I took issue with your opinion not issue with you personally, even tho that's not hard to do. So I'll continue being a thorn in your side and you won't stop me.

I believe I made a valid argument, I believe and I wanted to start discussion on it but you stopped that because you are scared. So don't post, saves us the headache of reading your stuff.

Good post. It's getting old seeing canadian after canadian moan about all the "American idiots". Surprisingly enough there is more than one person in the government, you can't pin every single thing on Bush. If he's such a moron, there's obviously other people manipulating him so they are the ones to blame.

Regardless who is president, I'm just happy I have a roof over my head and don't have to worry about not having enough food to eat when I wake up. There's a lot to be thankful for, and it could be a whole lot worse. Although I do not agree with a lot of Bush's views, the majority of you act like Kerry is the next coming of christ. It's not so black and white, there is a large gray area that won't register any sort of change.

I'm still waiting for a moderate candidate to run.

Posted by torontotrance on Nov-03-2004 22:08:

I can say all I want about Bush, Kerry or anyone else but I don't live in the USA and I don't know exactly how their reforms or laws affect the voters. I could vote because of my dual citzenship, if I was a resident of the USA but I vote in Canadian elections because I am Canadians. I just started this thread to prove a point to an idiot, that him closing a thread, won't end the discussion like he thinks it will. His lame hatred and verbatim bores the fuck outta me.

Politicians realize that no matter what they do, someone will be unhappy, it's a bitch to have all that power but every single move is watched and cried out upon. I'm not a fan of Dubya, not am I a fan of Kerry but we live in troubled times and decisions are not easy. I'll go back to yelling at my government for allowing our govenor general to spend 43 fucking million dollars in a single year, she is just a puppet as a representative of the Queen and she does nothing for us.
