Never.

As long as they are secured in your rectum - they are cool... If they are exposed, I'd say a bouncer should secure them in the proper place.

glowsticks are lame

Glowsticks are really cool when done right. Which is almost never.

i agree. glowtsticks were cool, until the whole meaning of glowsticks was abused by the creating of glowstick earrings..
glowstick earrings???

it's alright to wave the glowstick, as long as you don't elbow me when you're doing it, and you don't look like an idiot doing it too..

i wonder who invented the glowstick???

They're not nearly as useless as mouthsticks.

Nah, I used to dance with them all the time at first... then got kindda bored and use them only from time to time...

you can do some wicked effectes if you practice a bit

Posted by Slylee on Nov-03-2004 18:16:

it depends. its old to be sitting up against the wall rolling while someone does a show for you in a busy night club. but I still appreciate someone who can dance with any sort of glow in the dark object. Im pretty good at it too, if I may say so myself

Super Happy Xtasy Raver Magic!

well glowsticks were invented cos when ur pillin ur nut off, ur hands get fidgety and want to grip something.

mouthsticks obviously came from the fact that loads of ppl were gurning their chops off, and didnt want chewing gum

Posted by generic on Nov-03-2004 18:36:

i prefer to dance without them, and im a better dancer without them
dont really like them, but they aren't nearly as annoying as whistles, or people that can whistle far too loudly (and do it for ages)

Whistles are the devil's shrieks.

what is really cool, is when you have a recording of a cracking mix, and there's whistle blows throughout it in the crowd noise.

really cool.

I have a shirt that says "Allergic to Glowsticks."

Like, they can be cool, but only when those hot stripper chicks on stage are doing it.

Yes, they are. Be original and light yourself on fire or something.

actually i saw a similar situation once, but not with fire.

I remember an old rave in PA where a guy did that too...sewed crimmus lights into his UFO's and his pants were blinking and all, it was awesome.
