Umm that guy is actually older than you guys.. and me as well. But that doesnt matter cuz you still compared 3 whole different type of games. I own Fable and i say its a good game. Halo 2 is overrated. It's single player minus co-op is a seven at best. A seven point five with co-op. On the other hand, from what I've experienced it's multiplayer is extraordinarily good. Not perfect, but somewhere in the nines.

and how many of those sites/shows/places are so advertiser driven as to accept money to give a perfect score?

i dont doubt that Halo 2 will be a great game, but anytime the perfect score gets whipped out its bad news. i did like how IGN used to regrade games as time went by. then again they turned to sponsors and sign up fees like most of the rest|

Actually all the games he mentioned are great. Halo 2 is a great games. he's one these people who doesnt have an xbox and just likes to trash it.

other than IGN and Gamespot, the places you listed have about as much credibility reviewing games as Maxim does; especially G4, Gamepro and Game Informer (who reviews games based on popularity )
