target. and to be honest, target is moving up in the world. the stuff isn't so cheap any more. walmart and kmart are way cheaper and crappier. i like all the house accessories in target...they had the CUTEST halloween candle holders and little orange and black lamps, not tacky either, it looked like stuff from Pier 1 Imports...i could have easily spent $300 on all that stuff, but i didn't *pats self on the back* good girl jamie.

I really do like Target a lot though - not usually as tacky as K-Mart, Big Lots or Wal-Mart. Though, I was working at a New Wal-Mart Supercenter, and it was really damn nice...to shop at. Not to work

i got a loaf of bread, that's usually $2.50 at winn dixie for 99 cents at Big Lots.

Walmart is good for stuff where quality doesn't matter; like cat food, toys, clothes hangers, toilet paper, etc... because it's usually cheaper there than anywhere else. all the Walmarts where i live tho are super ghetto, so i never go there.

i prefer Target over those stores any day. i'm usually really surprised at some of the clothes i find there; really cute sweaters, denim capris, athletic pants... they're all so cheap, so it's good for basic stuff like that. i've also found really cute black strappy sandals there for like $24. score!

i could spend 6 hours in Target. that store is like a black hole.

I do my best to avoid the white trash (though I am one by heart )...so my best bet is Target (as said, it's moving up)...but the small towns that have a Shopko...that's where the deals are at. I get plenty of my play/sport clothes there for up to 90% off when it goes on clearance.
