they're both good tracks, but DAMN wtf is going on?
the new ITWT white label (you've heard it before, but its the 2nd last track on ferry corsten MOS 10-13-01) and Rising Star - Clear Blue Moon (last track on that set) BOTH sound so similar to airwave - save me.

i think the ITWT white label IS Airwave, because it has the exact same structure, but he used all the same instruments and samples! the melody is barely different.
and armin's clear blue moon is so blatant, that it was we all thought was a new remix of Save Me way back a few months ago. (remember!?!)

just a thought. both tracks are pretty good, but come on airwave and armin, show some originality.

I agree. In my opinion Kamaya Painters - Wasteland, Airwave - Save Me, and Rising Star - Clear Blue Moon all sound similar. They are all great songs though.

great observation. didn't notice this one myself even though i've heard these tunes many many times. armin being a rip off artist? ouch! this really sucks the big one.

i think that's bullshit about Armin riping off, I still thik Clear Blue Moon is one of the most original tracks lately
and i don't really recognize that many similarities

its NOT bullshit.
if you have a basic musical knowledge, or just a keen ear, you'll hear armin use that same "hook" for a base. technically, its a minor sixth. the exact same as in save me... and raccoon i know now what you mean about wasteland, its similar but they're definitely quite different tracks, its only slightly based on a sixth there.

armin steals the chord pattern AND timing pattern from save me.
the KICK-badum KICK-badum KICK-badum KICK-badum
rhythm, to be as clear as possible.

So that says a lot doesnt it?
Tiesto played it first time at dancevalley, then everybody was after it thinking that it was a remix of Save Me.
Ill check out the similarities between the other ones u mentioned.
