Johnny Warren dies
Australias greatest soccer ambassador died today.
R.I.P Johnny.
Heard this on the news around 8pm
"Rest in peace"
Felt the sadness when i heard it
Like all football "soccer" fans or players alike in Australia, he had to endure the prejudice against our game. The greatest ambassador you could ever ask for, he knew the score, he knew the Aussie football fans struggle.
RIP, You'll Never Walk Alone Johnny Warren.
RIP
this is a sad day :/
anyone see Johnny Warren on John Safran vs god?
RIP
RIP

This country needs to wake up to itself, they continue to neglect one of the worlds greatest sports
A very very sad time for Soccer Australia.
His passion for the game both on and off the field was unrivalled, an outstanding ambassador for Soccer Australia, an inspiration, and a true National Hero.
R.I.P 'Captain Socceroo'
not knowing too much about the game, except johnny being a big legend and huge promotion for it...
which is great!!!
he really looked very sick towards the end..
RIP

Yeah a truly sad day for the world game in Australia. Johnny Warren will be sorely missed by everyone in the football community. He was probably the best ambassador the game ever had here.
R.I.P
I feel genuinely pretty sad about this.
Football being my only big sporting passion. Johnny was good eatin'. Remember him from when I was a wee tacker.
Now hes joined that big football field in the sky...
what was with the whole "I told you so" thing?
Very sad to loose someone so great.
A man with such love and passion for our game.
RIP. Thoughts go out to your family.
RIP Johnny Warren.
YOu got a place in my heart
Legend.
He has done so much for the World Game, it was just sad that he passed away before we finally got our act together with an Australian league, which was what he was so passionate about.
RIP Johnny Warren.
