I am doing a translation of a medical article into German. My medical English still isn't at optimum right now. What are "supinated feet ( high arches )"

front pad of your foot to the heel is raised more than normal, so they need like support and crap

there's also flatfooted f*ckers, that's when you got no arch in the foot it's just flat

i'm no doctor but it makes sense if you read it - arched feet, just look at your feet it should be pretty clear
