how do you ppl get back up when you`r dumped by the person you loved?
i`m starting this thread because i`m feeling pretty down at the moment & i want a few advices...music also helps but not for a long time...

this is what you do,
(i gave this advice a few months back)
you go get a gun right,
and you load it
take the safety off
and everytime you go to bed
put the nozzle in your mouth
and keep your finger on the trigger

Aristronica you were totally right. I mean in this world people die & suffer for deseases & i worry over some little thing. but you see this thing is something that , now, i can`t get it out of my head . anyways 10x for the message....it is what i need ( i think ) ..
ride it out man. you'll get over it. i was in a real serious relationship and when it ended, i was pretty sad and i ended up being pretty antisocial for awhile, but i decided awhile to just step up and be social again, and now im in another great relationship. never been happier.

i'm going through the same thing now only i wasnt dumped, just the fact that we both love eachother but know we cant have a normal relationship. the way im dealing with it is talking to friends and going out, im doing everything i can to get her out of my mind. its tough

when sean broke my heart i lost it for like 2 weeks.. but then i just slowly talked more about it with diffrent ppl/friends/family got things off my cheast, wrote him a few letters telling him how i felt about the break up blah blah blha

all in all try relaxing your mind by doing things that make YOU happy sports, music, events, hobbies, etc. bc the vip of it all is to keep your self truley happy so you can move on the more you keep your mind occupied with NEW and better things the faster and easier it will be to get over the break up...
