i hearrd a song on the radio another day it sounded just like jacques lu cont and it was gwen stefani..anybody know if hedid it..cause it is his EXACT sound...it was a pop station too heh

This is the typical house 4/4 bassline. If another unrecognised artist were to sing this tune, i dont think it would be so popular.
