hard track, sounds german

dunno the name of this track, heard it from a cd some guy burned...

anyways the track is pretty hard and theres a female vocal that repeats what sounds like "Laissa" or something similar then after a few bars she says "Lauter" and it gets alittle heavier

rolling synths with a techy melody, hard track, pretty cool, any idea of what its called?
