Ok...not to compete with Eso's cat thread but does anyone know where I can get a Teddy Bear Hamster?

Did you try at one of the pet superstore type places? Like SUPER PET or.. PET SMART. If they do not have any you might be able to ask one of their rodent associates about where you could get one.

awww.........I used to have a teddy bear hamster....named him Teddy (how original).

I used to love him......we had one of those balls you could put him in and he could roll around the house in it......he lived for about 3 years, then he died

I tried killing our house pet rat last year amany times. Damn thing just wouldn't die, and I wasn't cruel enough to cause it perminant damage. Just die quick, or live. Damn thing is still alive.

^^^^^ I had a stupid little guppy that was supposed to be a scienceexperiment in high school. The thing lived for over 5 years, while all the other stupid guppies died within a week so the experiment was cancelled. I offered to take one of the surviving things home thinkin it would last 1 or 2 days tops....5 years later, it finally belly upped.

I cried. LOL!
