NYE @ guvernment ?????

Whats going on NYE @ the guvernment, there seems to be an event ...
Tickets on ticketmaster ...40$

I would love to spend NYE at the Guvernment but I have a prior commitment to be anywhere else but the Guvernment that night.

my bet is Mark Oliver extended set...he usually (always?) does NYE by himself, no?

$40 for New Years Eve is very cheap.

Usually you run about 80-100 at other clubs

It will prolly be Mark only and u can bet he will kill it

Hip hop, what are you talking about? Sander Kleinenberg at System and the veritable eargasm of music talent at Boa is plenty enough dance music for me. I'd sooner shoot myself in the foot than spend NYE at a top 40 club.

Sander would be good but what i like about new years at guv is that mark plays all the big tunes of the year in a sort of unofficial countdown. Imagine a cooler version of shadow stevens except the music is way better, mark isnt blonde and he doesnt say much... LOL

Normally id be all over the Sander party but New Years is all about the big tunes of the year for me.

Sounds suspiciously like what you'd hear on Z103.

Hey, whatever floats your boat. For me, NYE is about moving on to the future, not living in the past.

Che: I'm sure they'll just fly him in from Montreal. It's been done before (i.e. the Cream/Labour of Love weekend).
(Edit: or perhaps TO Montreal, since the party probably starts a lot later there... who knows... remember that Sander is just one of the DJs on the bill for the Bell Centre so he doesn't necessarily need to be on for the "countdown").

Mark Oliver will be spining solo! Wouldn't want anyone else doing it ... Mark earns NYE.

Missed Last NYE at GUV..but man o man..2003/2002/2001/2000 Mark's NYE sets are Fantastic!
