TIESTO & PVD honors troops
Tiesto & Paul Van Dyk entertain British troops by playing as special guests on British Forces Broadcasting Services (BFBS). Troops serving in Afghanistan, Iraq, Qatar, Oman and Germany will get an opportunity to listen to some specially made sets for them from two of the world's leading dj's and producers of dance music. Also making appearances are Pete Tong, Judge Jules and the dance act: The Shape Shifters. Civilians can tune in also and listen to the show live on BFBS website.
Get in!

i thought troops would rather like rock instead of edm??

wicked!
will they be performing remixes of "we'll meet again" and other such wartime classics?
on a serious note, i think its great they are doing this. it would certainly be a morale booster for me if i was in the army.

wouldn't you wanna go to war with f*cking hostile, 9mm is a classic and some ben kaye's go f*ck yourself and murder was the bass in your head, rather than monkey forest and southern sun?

I wish they would both do a concert to raise money for a charitable cause instead of sending mix cds to army personnel.( i.e. do a TIC and donate all the money to a charitable cause)
BTW
Paul Van Dyk was the strongest advocate against the war and now he's making mix CDs to entertain the troops
Interesting political move indeed.
In America we call that 'walking on both sides of the fence' ![]()

Nothing like a little Trance to take your mind off killing people.
