Arctic Breeze pres. TR Project - Interrupt (Original Mix)
9:07 mins @ 160 kbps bitrate.
10,4 MB download.
cool percussions, melody comes in too early as usual
bassline is good.. good build up in around 5:00 mindblowing...
this really goes straight to the roof..
awesome middle part... this track could really have been a couple of minutes shorter though..
intro and outro lacks a little imo
good work
Nice percs. Good intro.
It sounds like something that Human Evolution would put out if they worked with Push.
Overall, not too shabby. I don't like how you go straight to the melody. It makes sense as it comes in, but that doesn't stob me from thinking that you could held back a little bit longer.
When you mention it, I agree that the melody jumps in too quickly. I'll try to work more with the intro/outro parts in my next tune. Thanks guys!
I think the intro and outro good enough for me, because it is dj friendly, and that is what matters to me in the end. Anyways you don't really hear the intro/outro of a tune when getting mixed. But since i dj more than i produce , i look at it more from that perspective.
The way the melody comes at like 40 seconds is fine, it comes in gradually and not suddenly. Can work with that. Like already mentioned the part after the breakdown is really nicely done.
The main comment i have for now is to maybe put more low end into the track, bass sounds a little light imo, especially since the sounds are from soft synths, that does not help on that aspect.
Anyways the tune has grown on me while writing this. Sending u a PM to eventually get this played on my show if you want.

::Positive::
Good soundquality.
Nice structure.
01.47 is very nice as the bass changes.
::Negative::
Too much relsease on the bass (bassline).
The hihat is too weak/mellow.
The track is almost siltent for 40 seconds!!! (02.55-03.35).
Boring melody, and I think that synth is pithced some semitones so it sounds false.
\\Nuff for today
nice kick( i use similar one :P) bassline is very good, in percusion i dont like this sound which start at begining and is going for whole track, great melodie really like it and sound use to it too
, nice pads , overall very soild track, keep it up
Man this tune is really nice,I dont have any complain about
,what synths,hardware or software did ya use to produce this great tune broda?
Kopi =o.
I used Fruity with many of the basic samples, (I'm very short on samples...) TS404 and Vanguard.
Thanks for all the comments so far
Hey man any chance I could get the FL file to learn how u did the structure?(Not for dj or remix)I really would apreciate it to understand better how to make a good tune
.
Kopi =o.
Nice track, saving this one...
i see you use fruity (me too) so i decided to give this a listen.
on its own i dont really like the kick, but it grows on ya (i have that sample too
). easy on the reverb on the clap there buddy. bass i actually really like. kick actually sounds really nice now...i dunno how that works. theres some sort of weird clipping or something on the downbeat at :53. cool synth coming in here, sounds nice. this faster plucked one coming in sounds nice too. i actually really like how you go into the melody here. it sounds good, but theres just something lacking. maybe just a subtle pad to fill out the sounds would do it. i like the pad, but when the filter opens up you need something more than a little swoosh i think. percussion in this break sounds really generic, especially the ride. very cool build. i would usually say drop the kick from here, but it works well. very powerful sounding, i love the progression. i really like the synth that kinda appears after the lead drops out. its starting to get pretty long at around 7:30, but i dont think it'd be noticable in a club.
all in all a pretty solid tune man. keep it up.

| Originally posted by Arctic Breeze I haven't done anything special, everything is basic. Basic drum beat, added some percussion and some leads and pads and stuff... You'll probably learn more by trying different stuff yourself. Thats how I have learned to make music... |
Well, it included why
Man this is really good - only thing I would suggest is a punchier kick - the one you are using sounds a bit hollow.
Other than that, top stuff - any chance of a CD quality copy?

Perhaps I'll make some minor adjustments to this tune and upload in in a better bitrate. 224 or 256 kbps?
That would be great
very nice track, mate!
i really love the break....i like them when they are long...
your production has a very full sound, thats good...synths are very nice, aswell...melody could have some more variation in it...perhaps another synth that plays later on?!
Very sweet melody! Its got a lovely structure to it as well. The only thing I'd change would be the kick and perhaps run a second low set of strings underneath.
Check PM's
Only improvement needed imo is the kick. Melody is immense, pads are deep and mellow ... beautifully melodic this.
Definately get a higher-quality 1 out.

u r definately improving, the production is nearly there but the energy levels arent constant throughout in the track and some of the eq is a bit off. it is very good, just doesn't sit together quite right for me.
good effort tho
Thanx Luke! My next production will be flawless!
(not...)
I have replaced the flp remix pack with a rar archive with midi's.
