it looks like the worst case of cutaneous anthrax or smth else than acne to me. anyway, acne just can't affect his ears so heavily where the skin is so tense. orrr...... maybe he's dead from the plague

Still, you see some people with HORRIBLE acne. Not *that* bad, as that kid is, uhhh....dead.....but you still see some kids with acne all the way from their head to the neck - that would suck.

Poor bugger.... i don't think its acne.. and if it is.. looks like his skin is falling off... i had it bad... ive got some scars but thats just whacked...

cystic acne is not pretty... especially when ******s stare yet were so much better than them.. were usually stronger willed.... thats my rant...
