as much money as i hear they make i can only asume that big dj's like this are millionares by now???if they are that rich?, anyone know how much smaller dj's like john00fleming,athony pappa,christopher lawrence, etc can make in a year??100,000$???500,000$??

i guess its only a matter of time before we see tiesto on mtv cribs

Yes the top DJs can make over a million a year, but the vast majority do not. If you're talking about MTV in the U.S., I;m not so sure Tiesto has even been mentioned on the station before. Maybe if MTV Europe has a cribs show, but I think he needs to conentratemore on his work than being on a TV show right now,he's got to get back to the basics.

I was watching a car show a year or so back and John '00' Fleming was on it. He had a Porsche 911 that was a year old and he was replacing it. Also showed his crib (gotta get into MTV spirit) and I'm guessing it was worth �500,000.....

You can probably guesstimate his income. OK so people have different priorities but I'd guess you're looking at �100-150k per yr for Mr Fleming

I have heard from reliable sources that between 1999-2001 the very top DJs like Sasha, Digweed, Tiesto, Van Dyk, Cox and Oakenfold made over �1,000,000 each year. Carl Cox got paid $1 million for 2 gigs on 31/12/1999 and Sasha got paid $600,000 on the same night. Since the dance music depression this figure has dropped but the very top DJs still make over �750,000 per year.

The next level - people like Zabiela/Kleinenberg/Cattaneo probably make about �150,000 to �250,000 annually.

Lesser but still well known DJs like Zinc and Craig Richards make a living but probably do not get more than about �50,000 a year.

So yes Tiesto and Oakenfold are multi millionaires but nothing like as rich as the likes of Madonna or David Beckham etc.

As he is a member, would James Zabiela like to confirm my statements?
