Purgatory friday night

This is the review I left on DDM...you guys need to come and check this place out OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!

The place is absolutely amazing! Wow it is worth more than 20 bucks, I never in a million years thought I would see a place like this in Dallas. The dress code is enforced and a little strict but they let me slide this time. I had on suede shoes, jeans, and a puma t-shirt from urban outfitters. All they really ask for is a button down shirt and no sneakers. It's not a dress to impress type of thing, just look nice.

First time in my life I was impressed and treated with respect at first impression. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with helping you get around. The people that go there are extremely nice. I had a few people bump into me and before I could even open my mouth to say sorry for getting in your way, they pat me on the back and made sure I was alright. The women are beautiful and they were kind as well. The bartending staff was incredible. The moment I walked up they introduced themselves and asked what they could do for me. I mean I really felt like I was worth more than the 10 dollars I had in my pocket .

I couldn't picture going to heaven any better than what it looked like. Everything is white, nice and lots of A/C to keep you comfortable.

THE DJ BOOTH!!!!!!!! OMFG I think I came in my pants 4 times then had to be pinched that I was in reality. EVERY SINGLE SETUP ON EVERY FLOOR WAS THE SAME! Never in my life have I ever seen something like that. Every time I go to a club, if you're not in the main room you're on a shoddy equipment. This place has 2 Technic MK5s, 2 Technic CD players, and 1 Allen yes Allen & Heath XONE:62 mixer! Picture:PIC 1

Charlie Pivot and Jim B did a phenomenal job holding down the fort last night. I was sooo happy to hear some good damn trance is such a wonderful venue. Not to mention the sound is freaking incredible. When you stand on the main floor that bass just pulsates your body to want to keep moving even if you don't want to.

Seriously, the people that knock this place and haven't been need to STFU and go! Everything from hell, to the chill out room, to heaven, VIP everything is absolutely amazing. This is the first club I've ever been to that at first impression I was satisfied and happy. They will be seeing my face a lot more, and definitely are going to have my support. I just hope the Dallas scene is going to be able to support such a major step in dance music, and the whole music scene in general.

Um 5 bucks for beer man, I didn't venture out of that. But 5 bucks for any beer. So I would get a corona and enjoy yourself.

I went last Saturday and all I can say is that everything Cubano said is right on the money. I'll probably be there again tonight and most likely this Wednesday for some pre-holiday fun.

Oh, and for drink prices: everything that I ordered was $7 but I think next time I'll be knockin back brews. They mix their drinks really strong there, no joke, and I'm a lightweight and can't handle it.

Yeah well I haven't been there yet but when I saw Cubano the other night he said his pants were a mess so I don't think hes joking. I'm going to get there this weekend for sure! Anyone else want to roll there let me know.
