That, my friends, is the punch of somebody who is not expecting to engage in a fight or face any sort of resistance; that is not an act of self-defense, and that is not an act of discipline. THAT is the punch of somebody who is so dissatisfied with themselves that they feel they must physically exact their superiority over others. It's sad that places have to put up with that sort of thing, but all you can do is recognize where you stand in this world and look out for yourself and those whom you hold dear.
Damn, i thought the little slap at the beginning was all it would be, but he really gave her a solid shot, especially considering her age. That is some shit. What a fuck, Id love to read in a few days that she slit his throat.

Many kids I went to public school with could have benefited from some of the same stern discipline.

Well when I was six or seven I said that my teacher was crazy and this snitch told me off and I got beaten with a cane!
This, of course, happened in Korea. 
That is so wrong. One of the rare times I can thank people for being so law suit happy in this country. But on the other hand, I wouldn't have minded seeing that happen to a couple of high school students I remember being in class with.

this was posted on an import car forum that i frequent and, a lot of the other people who frequent that site are korean (or some sort of asian)... a lot of them said that hitting and spanking and that sort of thing is quite normal for "traditional" korean people...tho they MIGHT not agree with it morally anymore (living in canada and all)...
the punching is a bit much, and i heard people who said that the girls parents would probably agree with the teacher...and yell at her some more when she gets home

OK this guy is obviously in the wrong....
But seriously, some of the little shit bags who live round here need to have a bit of discipline in their lives. Damn Health & Safety a-holes
Where I was at school the elder pupils did most the disciplining and it worked fine. Then you'd go to state schools where the little shits would run riot and it was disgrace because of so much intervention about pupils and teachers not being able to rouch a student because it was classed as assault 
or sexual assault . As a result kids got away with murder, they wouldn't have lasted a minute with their attitude where I was 
This is very saddening. Arguably, corporal punishment is NOT allowed in most schools in the west. However, as the saying goes 'spare the cane and spoil the child' does hold true. You have to draw the line somewhere. Corporal punishment should only be enforced as a last resort if all other methods to discipline the child fail. Even then , the most should be probably caning but not direct physical abuse such as this.
But I think this stems from the fact that Koreans are a VERY aggressive race and Koreans are well known to be woman-beaters. I have lived in Korea for a while and I have seen it with my own eyes. I am not generalizing this but it is a well-known fact. The Korean male is very dominant in the society as opposed to the female counterpart.
The women are very aggressive too. I have seen two shopkeers in Itaewon clawing at each others necks over something rather trivial.
It is sad to see, and the teacher did go way over the top, but in some cases it's just what some ignorant little brats need. I don't know what she did to deserve that, but Christ, one smack will do. Any more, and the teacher's just getting off on a power trip.
that's nothing...you should hear some of the stories i've heard from my ex in africa. there they literally beat there kids til they almost die...very sad
This teacher is a pusay. The girl looks like she is 12 years old or so & he close fisted punched her nemerous times & then winds up & slaps her. If I saw that punay old weasel on the street he'd be left for dead.
That reminds me of battle royale.... fooked up sh*t

I dunno...physical punishment is legal in both japanese, and korean schools isnt it? Thats probably not the method youre supposed to use though...
audio would help in determining why, and i dont see any girl gettin hit, must be after this stops.

She sort of acted like she was expecting it, and so did everyone else, until like the fourth smack, that one dude stands up.
