I've met him today in chat and I must say he's the most commercial DJ ever, even worse than Pulsedriver, my god!
I dunno, next to the stupid pop kiddies I tried to ask him some real questions about his work. He mentioned that CJ Stone has a contract with him (he works for DJ Quicksilver) for lifetime (was it a joke or what..? 
).
I asksed him what he thinks about other german Producers / DJs like Dumonde or Green Court. He just replied "Joah", what really means that he doesn't really like them. A real weird guy.
I also asked him what he thinks about making Trance music so commercial. He just meant: "That's good, what's bad if many people listen to Trance music?" I think he's only interested in Money. That's my opinion. For today, he disappointed me very much and he's going right on my "worst DJ list". This is bad, I'm expecting more from a DJ than just interest in more money and more fans.

i dont really know much about the guy but i like most of his productions..ameno for eg was faultless

I don't like DJ Quicksilver. Athough he has made a couple of decent tracks most of his work is commercial as hell. "Belissima" for example - you'll have problems finding anything more commercial than that.
Ok Quicksilver has been in the "scene" for long, I can remember some of his trance tracks (even if they were cheesy) when I was a lot younger. I think he has built up his little "empire" during those many years. But that's not the point..
I think he was quite lucky that he's talented and he could start that early with his career. I admit, I kinda liked Ameno, it was his best track imo, but still cheesy and commercial. I mean, just go around and ask in Germany (or even in Switzerland) almost every young dude knows him (from CDs like Bravo Hits 
) and thinks his music is the major trance. Now THAT's commercial to me.
I remember some of those pop kiddies asked him in chat that he could mix some hip hop, spanish or limp biskit tunes into his next track. 
They even called me gay for saying that he's producing commercial stuff.
It definately WAS DJ Quicksilver, cause he has been @ VIVA TV Interaktiv (I watch this very very rarely, I swear ) and they announced that he's going to be in chat in a few minutes, so I took the chance.. (he's such a lame typer btw or perhaps he just has to think that long.. 
)
A couple of years ago I liked his tracks, but hey I grew up sp I like real music now.......
