New TV show THE CLUB

has anyone else seen this show on cable called "The Club"? i think its being hosted by the "Spike" channel. its a reality show about a struggling night club in las vegas called ICE that is trying to be the first night club to go public on the stock market. ridiculous idea if you ask me. anyhow, they hire this acclaimed promoter who is supposed to bring in all this hot new talent. however, she calls all EDM house music and claims she knows nothing about it... but she puts herself off as some big shot promoter. makes sense to me.

the chick they hired for this promoter spot is a TOTAL bitch and knows NOTHING. to me the clubs owner is a moron for hiring her. the show is painfully funny because of all the typical club idiots. i say painful because it just shows how the music gets whored out by the owners and promoters for the almighty dollar. where better to demonstrate that than vegas? so far donald glaude, dj dan and oakenfold have made apperances on the show.

was there when Ferry spun over halloween...filming was supposed to be done, but alas the film crews were there....haven't seen anything I recognize from that night...

I was there with Boomer (he's a local) and some CTA's...boomer is more of a regular there so it's possible he's had some cameos...

I saw about 15 minutes of last weeks episode...was completely lame and seemingly unrealistic. Of course they have to try and make it "dramatic" to peak any interest...thus maybe why they hired a bunch of ditzoids to try and set things up...and it's quite possible that they are just a drama front...and the real dull boring set up show/slots is done behind the scenes.

... Oh...and if the club owner/managers wife is any indication of how the place is actually run...it will be a failure...but alas it's fun to watch a chixxor whacked out on crank get her ass singed by Ferry in the dj booth...

Spike Tv Wednesday's 9 pm is what I could find...but I'd rather watch college ball...or even Major Juniors over this LOL

there's plenty of drama going on in a newly found club without all that bullshit anyway

the first reality shows were alright, but now they its like they are milking a cow thats like 1231242395874684058604867 years dead, and what comes out is only filthy, disgusting ugly, SHIT, PURE SHIT.
