New Trance Club in Houston!
wuzzup pplz!!
ok maybe you've all heard about it already, but in case you haven't there's a new club in Houston called "Club Opus". It is brand new, opened on November 5th I think. Anyways, they play good trance tunes and include moderate Dj's. I am not sure of the clubs' current location, but listen to 104.1 KRBE on friday and saturday nights as they broadcast live from the club. The Roxy and Drink Houston are no longer being broadcasted. Club Opus is also 18+ and usually costs $10 to get in on the weekends. There have been rumors, from what I heard, by the owner that Sasha, Paul Van Dyk, and Tiesto will be spinning at the club in 2005. I do not know of any dates, but if this is true I hope they do something about that parking lot....lol
PEACE!!
opus, is that the one next to pearl?

| Originally posted by astara does anyone know of a trance club in houston? I don't. And all the clubs in this town are tired, including Opus, Pangaea (place went downhill within a month). I've been to Industry, which is okay, and union plays house on saturdays. Other than that, i've yet to find a club in downtown/midtown that plays EDM! ...anyone!? |
more into trance and progressive but have a growing appreciation for house, too! Seen & Be Seen and/or Dance? ideally, both but more for the music than the people....wow, that doesn't sound very....democratic?
haha. oh. and roxy? Been once; never again. Mainstream techno and not to racial profile but major asian invasion (*eurasian speaking*)! Love my kin but all in moderation.
