My dad is living in Batavia now though - east side.

Im in Ohio, in Columbus for the time being. Im familiar with Loveland as well. Several people from my floor the year I lived in the dorms (at OSU) were from loveland, and I visited there with a couple of them once or twice. Pretty dull place.

Glad to see some OHTAs represent though.

yah loveland is soooo dull like i am the only one (well not really but ravers are a rare bread here) only raver around here and it sucks

but ohio TAs rule ya even if i live in the most dull place in the world

I lived in Strongsville, just south of Cleveland, for about a year back in 77-78. Had this big fricking snowstorm and a real terrible winter back then, real bummer. Lived in an old farmhouse with the old lady with no plumbing and a fireplace to heat the dump, worked outside every day as a carpenter and hung out with a biker gang. Great times I reckon.

Ive heard many a story about that winter. It was my mom's first winter in the country after moving here from a sub-tropical locale (Bolivia). She was freaked out, cried all winter and demanded my dad take her home...

Ohio sucks cock. Im just here till I get my (free) diploma, then Im moving elsewhere. Loveland is even worse than Columbus, though, so thank god I dont live there. As far as ravers go, Im not even sure theres such a thing anymore, since unsanctioned events have been banned in Ohio for several years. Nowadays, its just house parties, club events, and sanctioned "raves". Every once in awhile, a good old style party pops up, but nowadays, its mostly just high school kids who dont fit the cultural norm looking for something to do. Hmm, on second thought, maybe things havent changed that much

Batavia is actually pretty close to loveland, maybe 10 minutes drive on 275. I used to live in loveland.
