Do we have any oldschool players here ?, i still play it from time to time. Been playing for over 5 years off and on

best game ever imo..

used to play it over my friends house with 3 other people on his lan all the time. This however was like 1998 or so. Haven't played it in years. Was definetely the best strategy game at the time.

yes, although I have been playing Warcraft 3 lately, it was by far better than Warcraft 2 or any CnC/Westwood product, I think it is by far the best competitive RTS out there.

i used to love it, i might try playing again seeing as it will actually run on this pc i did play online for a while but not that regularly, i was only average skill. every game though was on some modified version of the hunters map with a million crystals or whatever. i remember playing some epic team games though!

Still one of the better games imo

However, playing on the net with random people wasn't that fun. Most of them kept attacking with their starting units and took away all the fun. But with friends over lan... best ever

I play this game every now and then too. It never gets boring. My friend got me hooked on it again just not too long ago.

actually use to play SC for a living in high school. got to travel most of the U.S. i was a fan, but addicted. i d/l the demo tonight to reflect on all that time i spent.

Been playing the game for almost 8 years now, off and on. Will always have it installed and ready to play.

It is the PERFECT RTS. I don't get even remotely excited for any new RTS games that come out, because I know it won't as balanced and fun as SC.
