peter - "you better watch who your calling a child lois, because if im a child, then do you know what that makes you? a pedophile, and ill be damned if im going to stand here and be lectured by a pervert.

Yeah, bought all three seasons on DVD a while back for 10 quid each from amazon. One of the better purchases I've ever made.

"Dear diary: jackpot..."

Family Guy is easily the best show out there. I like one of the newer episodes where Peter loses all the bones in his body and ends up actin and talking like jabba the hutt from star wars.

Stewie : It seems with Death incapacitated, my matricital efforts are futile. I must do all I can to accelerate his convalescence.... Nick nack, patty wack, give a dog a bone.

Family guy is easily the best animated comedy there is.

I've got a question for you too, why are you still here!

Adam West: And I'm a man who loves his taffy... mmm... mmmmmmmm..

Peter Griffins vs the Chicken Man is the best fight scene ever!

Posted by OLi_A on Nov-30-2004 21:35:

hahahaha love that taffy bit
another funny one is when he finds the silver ticket and trips over on the way home. 7 ooh, ahhs killed me

cant remember which episode but i died when they were watching tv and that guy started beating on his daughter in the opening scene and his wife had to break it up "stop it, 8 is enough". that look they all gave was priceless
haha good times, good times

I've watched them too much

After seeing each episode at least 4-5 times it starts to lose its appeal.

However, for you Family Guy freaks out there, here's some info's for ya.

Family Guy - Season 4 starts airing in the US on July 01 2005. Due to the phenomenal DVD sales of the original 3 seasons, Fox stepped up and renewed the contract. This is the first time a television has been cancelled and then brought back due to post humous sales!

Originally there was talk of a Family Guy movie, but due to the increasing sales of the DVD's, Fox decided to renew the entire series. As a result, this season will contain an actual story arc that was going to be the basis of the movie. Basically this means that some episodes will actually link together, rather than being autonomous productions.

One of Seth McFarlane's projects he began working on directly after he found out about the demise of Family Guy was his latest series, is American Dad. This will start airing also in January 2005, and has most of the same basic comedy principles as the Family Guy. Carmen Electra is even doing one of the voices

In other animated news, the second half of season 8 in South Park has been airing over the past few weeks in the states. They had a week off for thanksgiving and the eps will start up again this thursday.

For those who haven't heard of it, I also recommend trying to get your hands on Drawn Together. Its a new 'reality show' cartoon that puts a bunch of different cartoon characters together in a 'Big Brother' style reality show. It's got the same sort of extreme/shock value humour as South Park and is extremely funny. There's only been 4 episodes aired so far, and hopefully it will be a long running series. What hilarity can't be found in a house with a horny superhero, a foxy black chick, a princess, a smart mouthed pig, a pokemon, a gay video game character, a 1920's betty boop and a guy who can pull anything out of his butt?

This has been a public service announcement from your local cartoon fanatic.

Stewie and Brian are my fave too.

"Damn you, damn you all to hell" LoL

Love the episode when Brian was cracked out LoL "Got milk" hahahaha

Posted by OLi_A on Dec-07-2004 21:36:

is that the episode where they go round dipping all the pregnant teens hands in water while they're sleeping and cause all those premature births?
that is pure comical genius

Posted by Doc Matrix on Dec-08-2004 00:01:

Yes, its the first episode of season 3, called 'The Thin White Line'. Its the first of the only 2-parter, followed by the next episode called 'Brian Does Hollywood'

From that same episode:

"Ok don't panic... now you may have killed her when you hit her with the stool, or you may have killed her when you stuffed all those bills down her throat... I don't know, I'm not a doctor. But you know what didn't kill her? Smoking!"

Family Guy is awesome & I'm so glad Seven have put it back on TV, I wish they could put Futurama on before it (instead of that stupid Power of Attourny show) and then my weekday mornings would be set..

1100: Futurama
1130: Family Guy

It would be perfect...
