Whats everyones fave Live set?
Just been wondering whats everyones favorate live sets, mines Magik 6, very uplifting and enjoyable, so whats everyone else's?
tiesto, somewhere in eau? one of those damn european cities..yeah that one.
The very best live set I have ever hear would have to be a tie between :
Paul van Dyk - Ministry of Sound (1999)
Parks and Wilson - Essential Mix 2000
Simply brilliant...nuff said

the first half hour...has a fantastic track selection...it starts off with communication then tiesto's sparkles and push - till we meet again Luis Paris - Incantation (Ferry Corsten & Robert smit remix) at the 18min mark whic is so damn great...then comes another great track Celesta - Swirl....then it goes on progressively.....as we skip a few minutes he plays wonder where you are...and another great track Taskforce - Touch Me (thrillseekers remix)
well there are so many its hard to diciede...
i really liked Marco v's Innercity (progressive) and sensation(more uplifting)
also any master-piece mixed by tiesto is accepted by me, i really liked magik 4-7 and ISOS 2 was just breath-taking!!!
i also like PVDs mixing style and choice of songs(uplifting \ progresive)
another set that caght my ear (yea i know there are alot) was dj jeans set at trance energy maybe the songs were not as nice but the scraches and punches that he did were amazing (11:10 and 14:00 i think)

my fav is ethier dj snowman-live@MAD(7-20-01)or dj mind-x-live at goliath 8(5-5-01). also johan gielen- dance department live from copenhagen(9-2-00) is also a great one

(I'm honestly thinking that this could be the greastest set of all time, and I don't seem to be the only one that thinks so!)

The best live set I've geard is Ferry Corsten live at Rosenmontags Rave Feb 2001, absolutely amazing track selection.

i cant help but notice that everyone is following my trend and mentioning energy 2000 as being one of the best ever

I could list all of my favorite sets that I d/l'ed right off of TA, but heres a couple that arent so well known, but they are great!
(keeping in mind I have a fairly hard taste for trance)
DJ Hardware - Trance Acid Experience (10 out of 10)
Yves de Ruyter - Live @ TranceEnergy2000 (9.5 out of 10)
Mauro Picotto - Live @ Rosenmontags Rave 2001 (10 out of 10)
DJ Irish - Essential HardTrance 1 through 7 (Mostly 8 to 9 out of 10)
Tunnel Trance Force Vol. 14 - CD2 (8.5 out of 10)
There are shitloads of other good tiesto/van buuren/corsten sets I didn't list, and BTW mauro owns all live sets!

Whats the track list for Tiesto @ Energy 2000? I've had the set for 6 months well only roughly 25 minutes of it starts wicked, very good, but only bit I didn't like was when he spun Spoilt and Zigo More and More apart from that from what I've heard its brilliant

I dont like tiesto all that much...but Magik 6 is f***** kewl...one of the best live sets Ive ever heard.
