How do you pronounce "Depeche" as in Depeche Mode?

Is the 'e' at the end silent or pronounced? Or, just how is it pronounced properly

Unless you are spanish, in which case you have to pronounce all the letters: DE-PE-CHE (I don't know if you know how to pronounce a CH in spanish)

We spanish rock with foreign languages
