Need help
Hey everyone, I am a newer member and I need some help. I have been listening to Techno for a while now, mostly hard house, club house, and jungle. That's what is prodominate in Houston. Since moving to Tampa trance is taking over my life (thanks sirius and Maxdady). Now I have a favor to ask...
See I have this real cute friend and we flirt all the time, you know the innocent fun flirting. Well, I have come to realize that I really like this girl. We have some great things in common, some important things. well, she raised the bar. The last time I saw her she gave me a gift. She gave me a CD. I didn't really think about it too much, but then I listened to it. The CD is called Trance Theory Volume 2. good cd, she told me to listen to track ten. Track ten is "Inside of me (Spacecorn vs. Artificial)"
Now this song is very powerfull. It's hard to express how some of these songs affect me. I know you all love music and hopefully understand. When I listen to that song and I think of her my stomach drops and I feel lightheaded. Like being on a rollercoaster in slo-mo It's real nice. Well I want to repay the favor. Hence the problem... I am not that familiar with mixed Trance CD's. I was going to give her a Olympic Tiesto CD, but it's just not intense enough. I want to make her melt when she listens to the CD. Any suggestions??
I think most people like music, but for some people music can be very intense. You can't really tell who appreciates music to that degree untill you hear what they consider good.... well her music was very good, and I'm not trying to outdo her, I just want her to feel like I did when she pops in the CD... Thanks for any help you can offer.
P.S. Maxdady if you read this you better not rag on me... lol

mmm i dont listen much to trance anymore..
but... maybe the new g&d cd?

some chillin vocals are from stephen k... so i dunno if he has any cd's out or anything but look for stuff that he has produced

any tiesto IN SEARCH OF SUNRISE will do, try volume 3, number one is good also...
Very true. SOS series is definitely good.
ISOS, ah the good ol days... nOw back to trainwrecking!
transport vol. 1 Oakenfold.... its an oldie but goodie... it got a lot of us started...
and yes the In Search of Sunrise series are good esp. vol 3...
also Tiesto's Magik vol. 6 and 7 are both amazing... The Politics of Dancing by PvD is also another top notch album....

ISOS 3--definitely an intensely moving album...had me nuts when i first listned the new scott bond ahead disc1 is pretty damn good too with some sick tracks...but the cd that made me get into trance was Oakenfold's another world...i don't think it gets much better than that more melodic and vocals
if you and this chick are going to be getting your swerve on anytime soon, i would hit up any volume of Cafe Del Mar seris(volume 10, my personal fave), thats sure to do the trick if your getting in the groove, nice chill, ambient, sensual tracks...

yes, ISOS 3 is a good one. but is you want something a litte more recent id go with Gabriel and Dresden - Bloom, or the new Armin Van Buuren - Universal Religion, live from armada in Ibiza. track 4 ridgewalkers find, omg total emotional meltdown. or even Armin's A State of Trance 2004 compilation. if she hasnt heard it, satellite will be a sure panty dropper.

What about the Arimin 2 disk cd set. I forget what it is called (brain fart at the moment). When I heard it I had that same feeling. When I go to my car I will look at the title.

Tranceport was def. the cd back in the day. Gus Gus-Purple and Ascension-Someone got the girls going for sure
