Dark/Progressive trance, and this one is even more beat driven then my previous one, so its not for the happy-trance lovers, but all can appreciate the effort I instilled in sound engineering and sample creation! Title: A Non-Euclidean Simplex Length: 6:18 (Sample) Quality: 128 kbps Genre: Progressive Trance/House Link: Save Target As Do you like this better then PREVIOUS TRACK? Please comment on this one! Its kind of hard to judge anything after listening to the same track for 7 hours at a time. You guys know how it is... Cheers! ![]() PS: I shamelessly ripped a sample from the Lexicon Avenue "From Dusk till Dawn" accapella (to use in this track), but just the "Yeah" part. How cool am I, eh? |

Wow man, just awesome, the sounds the atmospheres, the whole thing is very well done. But the man comment here is the mastering though, still sounds lo-fi, even though i know it is at 128. But real nice job once again.
YEAH!
Fantastic work you've done here! The change at 3:52 when you bring in the new melody takes the song in a wholly different and unexpected direction. I don't have any suggestions for you, I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe turn up the bass?
Quality prog!
Can't wait to hear more of your stuff,
Trevor
Thanks for listening, I appreciate it!
BTW I posted an updated sample with new kick, slightly better mastering, and a finished end.
This is sounding much better, but maybe you could add a little more punch to the kick still, without needing to change it.

Take care,

(Those are the ones I know from your lists) Heh, well I'm happy...
very atmospheric (ugh the download took forever
)
i love the intro how everythign seems to fade in very well. The piano is great and the various pads running around in the background provide a great atmosphere to the song (i love the one that bends pitch and goes offkey)
breakdown seems really sudden compared to the rest of the song... i wish it faded in more with some filtered white noise or something
not more to say, keep up the good work!

i would totally play this..
its nice and runny. its bouncy but not overly bouncy.
3:30 - the break starts well enough, but i think the first strings and piano chunk sounds to out of the box. but it gets better quickly.
after the break it sounds a bit muddy, but that is probobly just mastering.
Good tune

boss track
In construction and sounds, a very nice track. Not my piece of pie though.
This is really nice, lovely atmospheres you could easily get lost in on a club dancefloor! Kick stands out if a little wooden, percs are crisp but could be louder. Bass needs to be more prominent. Pads and synths are excellent. Personally I prefer something with a bit more melody but that's just me, it great!

The low end in general seems kinda muffled. As said earlier, it might be mastering.
Other than that, though, you've got a solid idea coming along here.
Nice pads in here. Many delayed sounds, very proggy. Production is a bit muddy i think. Too much reverb on the synths. I hear a Sasha sample in the break there...
Overall nice work.
