Best TALKING ANIMAL movie?

So which talking animal movie is the best? I didn't include stuart little cos i don't think that really counted... i'm also not sure if there is a MR Ed movie, so i apologise if it missed it. I'm sure there are others i missed. Oh, and i know the animals didn't exactly talk in milo & otis, but when the movie was made they probably didnt have the technology to be able to do it.... so i including it anyway.
