I'll be asking Peri about this...
they probably used the same template! which happens whenever you are too lazy to make an original site.
both parties could be at guilt.
someone got ripped off
someone needs to be procuted in the court of law

Actually I saw this template at Monster Templates. You can download all sorts of web templates and alter them for your needs. There is an option of making it your own but that costs several hundred dollars.

http://www.templatemonster.com/cate...?from=12&cat=19
(top right)
So you can pay the $30 and have the same looking site.
So either F&P donated/sold the design to the template monster or both parties bought the same template...
lol who cares?

| well if you put energy into making a website, how would you feel if some spineless and lazy fuck decided to just steal all your coding and duplicated it onto their site?? it's not only ethically wrong but it's illegal...it's a big deal, bro... |

Look at the links I put up http://www.templatemonster.com/webs...lates/1232.html http://www.templatemonster.com/webs...lates/1232.html ...a website sells that design as a TEMPLATE. You can spend $30 and get the exact same design. No one stole anything. |

I thought this was gonna be another thread about dj's equipment being stolen....
sooo i have researched the whole thing...
at first i thought f&p where ripped cauze its most the case that the one with the bigger name get ripped. its not the case, after looking more closer there is no other way.
F&P Site is a RIP!
the site templete n structure from the code is totally different, f&ps is much more simplier n worked around the gfx, the fellow djs structure is exactly arranged within the gfx.
the compression on the f&p site is crappier. so technically its NOT possible to get the pixels, fellow djs use, out of the F&P site. thats indicate enough already.
and what is visible on the first view, the raw n more "tougher" street style of the templete fit 1000 times more to the fellow djs font than the cheap f&p font.
for me its clear, beginner rip off from fellow djs site, im not saying f&p know or knew this, who knows which kids they did paid!!!
very implausibly and unlikely...
if they would have choosen both the same templete, they would have the same gfx and f&p wouldnt have deleted and choosed a so not fitting typo
Hello Fellow TA's
Someone has alerted this post to us. First off, it amazes me that people sit there and analyze these things to the extreme they do.
I can assure you that neither site was ripped off. Each site was purchased from a template site and used in different ways.
Unfortunately websites which are designed from scratch cost alot of money and when we first started out we had literally no money. In fact we were in a great amount of debt since music equipment is so expensive. I ask you the listener, which is more important, a website which costs thousands or a studio which is comprised of the right equipment to make good music?
Come on guys, why are we analyzing this so much?
