what happened to the NoFunLeague?

its all been low scoring, defence wins, boring football...or so the media tells us. I would have agreed for the mostpart besides some random games here and there.

Then this weekend. SO MANY GOOD GAMES! CLOSE! HIGH SCORING! It was good football to watch all around. except atl..vick stunk.

ya. Ok, so what do you guys think of the state of the NFL, how the game is played, the rules being enforced, and so forth. I think this season is going great.

but I also really liked the Steelers Jaguars game from the night before a bit more, that game was so tough and close and it came down to the final seconds( not ridiculously high scoring)Thats the kinda NFL games I like more,of course the game from last night and your typical colts game are fun to.And i was raised looking at Marino shootouts,so yea both are ok.

I don't know what people are complaining about. I have found the NFL to be very exciting the past few seasons (this season especially). One thing I like is that there's always the possibility that anything might happen. Teams don't seem to dominate year after year as much as in other sports (Yankees, etc.) and it doesn't take much to make a shitty team competitive (except for Arizona ). Maybe football purists would say that it used to be better but I wouldn't know about that. I can say that compared to other sports the NFL is probably the most entertaining ...until the NHL playoffs happen again.

Seattle got robbed! There's no way Keyshawn's TD should've counted and yet it wasn't even be reviewed! I have to give them credit on the onside kick though, I've never seen that work before. Credit also to Julius Jones who got the job done. Maybe Dallas can solve their QB problem by just sticking with the guy who's better at handing the ball off to Jones .

pit-jax was another amazing game....felt like I was watching a playoff game

I have, and I dont like it.
Id rather watch high school football. straight shoot outs arent fun. The game just goes too fast for me to see much of any strategy beyond 'score'
