no one goes, and the ice is in good condition

wollman rink, too many people and after two turns on a newly resurfaced ice, u're already skating on the surface below the ice. i say that only because i think it fucks up my skate blade. there's always lasker rink up near 110, but no one goes there.

hmm did that rollerskating thing ever work out earlier in teh yr? i remember there were threads on it...i would totally fall on my face.

Nope, we never went rollerskating cuz for some reason, I can get into Roxy for most parties at 18, but in order to strap on a pair of rollerskates at Roxy on Wednesdays you need to be 21.

Group of people going ice skating on Thurs... come on out and fall on your faces!! haha

yes I know but its the closet one to me and I would prefer to drive less to get what I need to get done. If I am going there to skate, thats just it. I am not going there to check out scenery, just to skate.

Anyone up for trying Chelsea Piers this Saturday (Jan 22)?
My college alumni club is doing something there then, and friends and family are welcomed.
It starts at 3 pm (which should give y'all ample time to recover from Holden ), and there will be a happy hour to follow, at the nearby Chelsea Brewing Company.

Come see me fall on my ass multiple times.
I need someone to teach me how to skate backwards.
A refresher in how to skate forwards might also be very helpful as well.

cuz most ppl go to the city to skate. i prefer chelsea piers xD its the best one so far. and its easiest for everyone to meet up.
