It's tribal prog, and imho, it's one of the tracks that forms a blueprint of the progressive sound from around 2000. Have this one myself: http://www.discogs.com/release/29707

For other tracks somewhat in that genre (although they're not exactly alike) :

Debo & Porter - Deported
early stuff by Tarrantella & Redanka
Shmuel Flash - Chilling moments
Samsara - Afterthought / Looking glass

and shitloads more on Yoshitoshi, Baroque, and some on Bedrock.
