Which should i buy for christmas?
Should i get the Denon DNS3000's 2 of them or 2 of the Pioneer CDJ800's.. anyone have experience with both? Tell me which you prefer,i picked the s3000's becasue of the good reviews and the vinyl spin emulation, just feels like a bit more simpler mixing,so i put denon's down in my cart so last minute questions

i strongly reccomend cdj800's. good luck
this really sucks..idk what to get now,i asked my father for the xone:32...he totally freaked out...cause it came together to like 2100$...so now idk what to get...mixer that is...any suggestions? 3 channels and up
Is a Technics SHMX 1200 a good buy for $499.95? I would believe its alot better than the behringer..a STANTON SMX-501 for 299.99$ , Vestax PCV-275 Professional Mixer for also 299.99$ or the VMC-004 which is also 299.99, plus the vestax has split cue...but hm i would rather want your opinions also.

(Vestax PCV-150 4-Channel DJ Mixer)
(Vestax VMC-004 4 Channel DJ Mixer)
(Vestax PCV-275)
(Vestax PCV-175)
sorry for stretching forums much..sorry for being a n00b and sounding like a complete idiot
Get the 275.
SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many people here have it its not funny, everyone raves about it, I'm gonna be getting one myself pretty soon hopefully.
By all acounts its built like a brick shithouse, sound quality is very good for the price, and in general you can't go wrong.
thanks
i guess thats what ill get until i convince my dad to get me the xone:32 or pioneer. Thanks so much guys.
I've only played around with the PCV-275 a bit, but I wish I'd bought it instead of what I have.
I want an Allen & Heath Xone v6

I've owned an S5000, s3000, and I currently have Pioneer cdj1000 MK2. I've also played with the cdj800 many times. I'd definitely urge you to get the cdj800. I'm not much of a fan of the Denon decks, i absolutely hate that useless moving platter on them.
Thanks for the replies and help heres what im getting final.
2x Pioneer CDJ-800's
1x Vestax PCV-275
1x Stanton DJ-PRO-2000 Headphones
1x Stanton STR880X DIRECT DRIVE TURNTABLE (Just a start)
As i get better ill upgrade ofcourse, but thats good enough for me.
I Trust you guys well enough since theres no damn stores to test this stuff.
Also do the pioneers/turntable come with cables to connect ot mixers? AS in the rca cables?cause i dont wanna eb running out to get cables on christmas

i own the pcv-275 and i think its great... faders are smooth as butter and it feels so solid you could probably drop it on its face and not much would happen. plus the fx send and return is nice as i just ordered an air fx

I've found the pcv175 on www.wwbw.com and www.music123.com at 249$ instead of 299$ so are these shops good? Because wwbw doesn't seem to answer my questions really fast. Also, they seems to be like the same store. Other than that, I think I'm good for the headphones and the Stanton s-550 cd player. I'll head for the Pionners TT as my next upgrade. Someone in my family will give me a cheap TT, so that's why I'll go for the TT next. Oh, forgot to ask, is the pcv175 good? For a entry-middle mixer? Thanks.. BTW, I really like this board! It's probably one of the nicest place for djs... I'm sorry for my bad english.. |

As said in almost every other thread about buying dj crap... contact Dj Tranz, he is one of the guys at Djmart.com, he can give you a discount - which doesnt hurt to check. The reason you see most of the places selling the stuff for the same price is the MAP (minimum advirtised price) that is set by the manufacture.
