Early 90's techno / house ID (sample) help!

Here's a couple samples of early-to-mid-1990's techno/house tunes I've been trying to find out the artists .. sorry for the crummy sample quality but these are getting old! Any thoughts?
The first one sounds as if from a medley of 2-3 artists...
