Godskitchen & Spundae SPLIT - Spundae LA returns to Circus

Spundae and Godskitchen part ways.

Spundae Productions, announces it will be parting ways with Godskitchen effective immediately. The Uk based Godskitchen, had purchased a temporary contract for one year from Spundae�s secondary company, Spundae WorldWide.
We wish Godskitchen good luck in their future endeavors.

Spundae is easily one of America�s biggest electronic dance music promoters. The company was founded in San Francisco twelve years ago by Peter Beckers and Guiv Naimi, with Spundae Worldwide launched in 2001.

Beginning in 2005, Circus Disco Night Club in Los Angeles welcomes back Spundae to the original club and party that helped explode the LA dance music scene.

Over the years Spundae has held events in 19 North American markets and has booked virtually every top DJ in the world. They have executed 15,000 person events on the famed Hollywood Boulevard in LA and produced arena scale events in San Francisco.

They continue to throw regular parties in San Francisco at a variety of venues, and will celebrate their 12 year anniversary party there in February of 2005. Spundae will continue to throw special events at a national level, including this year�s Winter Music Conference in Miami.

I had heard this news too. Spundae should be back at Circus around march. So will Godskitchen continue throwing events at Henry Fonda? That could be a lot of competition for Sat night.

maybe godskitchen is going to start focusing on V20 exclusivly

I will try to get a more solid date on when they will return to Circus.

As for GK, who knows what they will do. Spundae has pretty much handled all the regular weekly nights down in LA, so GK just may opt not to do a weekly in LA and just do one-offs.

My Understanding is that March will be the date of Spundae @ Circus Return...

I dont know wether or not to be happy about this..
I do mis circus, and always have loved that venue.
On the other hand the fonda theater is a very nice many room venue.

I go where the beats are so i guess in the end it doesnt matter to me where they are.. looks like ill be back at circus more often

Yeah i just heard of this news this past week, seems as if GK would have to opt to not doing a weekly night. that would be 3 big venues on the same night fighting for capacity. and i dont think avalon will be hurt whatsoever, so the hurt may fall on spundae and GK, well well i guess its back to circus, the henry fonda must have been real pricey.

This news has been the best news to end the year.

Apparently, it didn't just happen all of a sudden. GIANT, GODSKITCHEN, and SPUNDAE S.F. all happened to have gone to Gene (Circus owner) in the same week, asking him about coming back to CIRCUS. That might sound unreal but it's true!

I think Gene made the right choice. Everyone involved feels positive about the move and are looking forward to a great 2005, starting in March of course.

So is this Spundae LA (the Neil and Pat crew) going back to Circus or are those two now permanently with GK and some other people who are now "Spundae" are going to run things at Circus??? I'm very confused.

No Neil or Pat crew, they're staying with GK.

One of the original Founders of SPUNDAE S.F. will take over. Peter along with another person, Lisa I believe is her name will be it.
