Hey dumbass, the difference is, this is your job and you are being paid to wear that suit. I however, am PAYING to go there.
It's not like I was dressed poorly either... and if I hadn't had my jacket unzipped, he wouldn't have known the difference
Never got that from any of the security before and I've never worn a collared shirt there.

i was wearing my sneakers... as soon as i got past the metal detector, i quickly went up the stairs into fur so that i wouldn't get hassled by any more of the security detail... at least i had the collared shirt tho.

i mean come on, if u're there at a club to dance, it's difficult to dance with hard bottomed shoes. yeesh.

after going through the metal detector the bouncer told me to take off my lariat (sp?) on my key chain. i was like "ive been here many times and they never say anything" he told me that he'll stick it in the black mailbox looking thing and i could get it at the end of the night. it was kind of a hassel because they never done it before but they're doing it now, just like the non-collars. luckly when i left the box wasnt locked or anything and i got it back...

To solve all problems.....why not just wear a nice shirt??? Then they can't bitch at you at all. I know it's a pain in the ass but it's their call weather you get in or not. I don't even take my chances....driving 4 hours to Glow. Or if your going to wear a t-shirt.....make sure your jacket is zippered up.

Just be smart about wat you wear. Its not insomnia anymore and when u get in line, just look at what everyone is wearing around u. If youre the only one dressed down, youre not gonna get much slack from the bouncer if ppl around u are dressed up.

If youre on a tight budget and youre a guy, get some regular fit jeans, a black shirt, some black shoes and youre fine. Its not hard.

thing is...i havent been to many clubs, but im under the assumption fur is a fairly nice club. It seems like a great venue with good sound and a really plush setup. i just dont know how to dress..
