Fire & Ice - Souvenir De Chine

Does anybody know where to buy this on vinyl?

Also is it actually caleld this? Or is this just the track translated into another language? If so, what's the real name of the track?

Thanks.

It will be hard getting a copy of this track on vinyl. You're best bet would probably be eBay or something like that.

It is called 'Fire & Ice - Souvenir de Chine'.

Good luck finding it, it won't be easy...

yeah, already tried ebay and no luck. It's one of my favourite tracks. I've looked in the local record store as well but they don't have it.

It is an older track, so there's pretty much no chance that your local record store will have it.

It can take time to find a copy of an older trakc like this, especially when it's as popular as this.

I spent 3 years searching for Pulser - Cloudwalking (Beatpusher Remix), but I found it eventually.

I didn't know it was very popular. I will have to just search on the internet for websites and things until i find it.

Would you please stop posting twice to bump your own threads?

I posted twice by accident. Why would i want to bump my thread up?

ive always preferred Shane 54's version. it works better on the floor.

totally man, Shane's vesion is more speedy, though I like the middle part in fire&ice's version

the original is one of my all time favourites, superb bassline, superb energetic melody...

Shane remix sucks imo

Also, if you are looking for a full version, don't be tempted by the one that's on the B-Side of "Heart & Mind" on Bonzai, as this version has been chopped to pieces and only lasts about 4 minutes.

It's not a translation into another language... as it's the original title in French.

It's been inspired by the french Jean Michel Jarre's track "Souvenir de Chine"

Fire & Ice (aka DJ Fire & Airwave) firstly worked on this track, and then Shane began to do a remix of it, but finally i decided to make his own version.

Both are great IMO.

I love this track , been searching for it since i heard it first , no luck i'm afraid wish they would reprint it

Posted by Radders2003 on Dec-14-2004 00:10:

What the? I didn't know fire & ice was airwave and dj fire? I just thought they were just an unknown trance duo lmao. Thanks for telling me. That's prob why i like the track cos i like airwave. You ever heard DJ Fire -Religion? Thats good.

I'd have to say this is one of my rarest vinyls

It's got Souvenier de Chine on one side, and Out of Darkness on the other. It took me years to get a hold of this. I was actually looking ofr OUt of Darkness, and when I received it oin the mail, I had no idea Souvenier de Chine was on the flip. I freaked

I may have to kill you, then steal your vinyl

I might have this for sale, it was on a Fire And Ice e.p correct?

Anyone know what other tracks where on it, if I remember my vinyl is a Bonzai Gold release.

I'll have a look for it later I got a couple of their e.p's for sale.
