What BPM does everyone spin at?

for me

trance - 140ish

prog - 135ish, at least i try to pull it up to there, i hate the really slow shit

what about you guys

has anyone tried spinning @144 like PvD, what do you think of this style, sometimes i feel some songs are too fast, 140 is a really comfortable level for the type of music i play because sometimes i like to bring up a prog track to 140ish and it works most of the time
