Casualties Coming on the Quick

If yesterday's mess hall attack is an indication, I believe we're in for at least a couple hundred U.S. casualties before the Iraqi elections. Of course, retaliatory casualties on the insurgents will be brutal, but I can see it coming like a heart attack.

I never said Iam happy that they are dead, but since they've occupied Iraq they should get used to things like this, bcause the situation wont get any better, since they are NOT WANTED THERE.

Also isnt it funny how much attention the media giving to this?I sure dont see that much media coverage when Iraqi's die

you are probably right they should get used to it, tho that doesnt mean it is right in any way.

agree. it makes sense in a way tho, cause americans are closer culturally/distance to us, but when people say that the media is biased way to much to the iraqis way that is just wrong.

Iam laughing because I keep seeing Bush saying they are wining the war in Iraq and Iraqu's are happy, and then the next more soldiers die.

No it is not,but they put themeselves in that position and they didnt have to invade that country,so maybe now they're gonna start waking up and see the reality and the fact that Iraq soon will have a Islamic regime like the one in Iran and there will never be a Bush approved democracy there. So it is time for them to leave before they piss of more people there.

I wonder if he'll use that phrase again?since that has cost him many dead soldiers.

Funny how it took the us military more than 24 hours to say publicly that this attack was probably carried out by a suicide bomber...within about 3 hours of the attack an irish military analyst was saying on irish tv that this was a suicide bomber..anyway he was right..it must be hugely demoralizing for the troops an attack from within their own base..for all troops in iraq..and as for people gloating about the attack..think about the victims families and friends this christmas..its abit sicko imo..no matter what your stance on the war

The only way to gain respect is to be a die-hard liberal/socialist like Hardcore Prancer and Cyrus King.

Well, mission accomplished could actually mean the war getting Bush re-elected, cause that is the ONLY (and I mean ONLY) reason he did. At least this one didn't have to be stolen.

so in that sense they did accomplish their mission i suppose

MOre to the point, does anyone really give a rat's ass about your opinions either? Don't think so. Your nation has no fight here, so why are so interested? Go to the UN if you want fairness in the world and start with the situation in Sudan while we take care of the Mideast.

Anyone who can remember about the Sudan is a man among men who doesn't forget by getting sidetracked.
