yo, Welcome to TA
Listening to the lo fi:
Well i can see your a beginner
.The intro is too simple for my like. That bass is thin, you should add some more layers to it. add more percs as well, panned hints, congos etc. The Intermodule pad from Pro 53 is so obvious
, it screams.
Just keep writing tracks and slowly you'll get better and better
.
Antonio,
P.S - Im using FL, if you need any help, i'll more than glad to help u.
Not bad for a beginner. Couple of pointers:
Bass hits should generally not be on the kick because if they have the proper amount of bass, they will distort. That being said, your bass is a bit thin and could use a lot more low end support.
The Intermodulate Pad definitely screams pro 53, I wouldn't use that pad in an unaltered state.
Your transitions could be improved with filters, snare rolls, reversed cymbals, and noise sweeps.
There's not much more that I can really say, as you continue to produce you will naturally get better, so just keep at it. You have the raw talent for it, just need the experience.
