as far as I'm concerned what he's doing right there is a step UP and not a step down as you appear to be suggesting.
Regardless, old news.

it's new technology isn't it.
like any new technology, some people will be early adopters. people might flood to it, then everyone will settle down and realise you can do stuff with vinyl you can't do with computers and vice versa, and
both might get equal respect.
i forecast vinyl will be dead by June 2005, but will come back to life 4 months later. Creative labs releases the first vinyl record deck which fits into a 5.25" drive bay in october and everyone's happy.
i have lost all respect for anyone who uses a piece of fucking software to mix music... wow.... such talent
isn't the idea about what comes out of the speakers tho, not how it gets there?
*shrugs*

laptop or not... works even better.
soon we`re going to dance in front of a guy with a computer...
Actually seeing as BT and him are good friends he might have gotten the idea from Brian. Although Brian's laptop symphony's are a bit more complex and take more effort than just mixing tracks.

He comes to FL every now and again but not often enough.
