Sin Plomo - African Stomper

i recently came across this tune, which is actually quite good...my question is, who is this sin plomo guy because this tune really seems like it was produced by filterheadz...the synths, bassline, everything! it just resembles yimanya a lot...
is there any relation between the two?

There is no relation, it's just a boring tune with the same overused sample ideas.
