why am i still up? bored really. but enjoying the relaxation and leisure time to do whatever i want. stress free for the holidays. yippee!

so why are you up? insomnia? boredom? restless?

Posted by Tordan on Dec-27-2004 07:18:

2-3AM is my normal bedtime. I should be at Boa dancing my ass off but decided against it because I'll be there for the next two weekends.

Posted by jasmyn on Dec-27-2004 07:23:

2-3am? Earrrrrly!

I don't hit the sack until 5ish usually. Even when I need to get up in the morning, cuz once I'm finished at work and the Red Bulls have worn off, it's nap-time!

Posted by Endlesswave on Dec-27-2004 09:12:

I just finished 14% of "Prince of Persia, Sands of Time" off the PS2...so freaking addictive...

Posted by Xavier Moriarty on Dec-27-2004 09:58:

You think that sounds bad.....I have to work starting at 5:30am except for 2 days a week....those days I get to sleep in as I don't have to be there until 7am.

Posted by dallastar on Dec-27-2004 21:14:

i always go to bed anywhere between 3am- 5am - but soon in the new year i will be going to bed the latest 3am - b/c i am getting "healthy" you might say ^.^

But when you need to get to sleep =- sometimes pluging in ear plugs will help - as well as a cup of sleepy time/camomile tea - or a warm cup of milk!

I tend to get bored too at night - but I try to avoid eatting at night - b/c that will give u energy and make you not want to sleep

SWEET DREAMZ

sometimes - keeping a clean and tidy room makes for easy sleep too!!!

ciao

Idea

I think the reasoning behind this thread is very similar to the 'Official useless' thread I got going a few weeks back..

Seems there's actual communication goin gon in here though

I usually try to be in bed and sleeping by 1am, but that seems to be more of a pipe dream.. 2am is more when I actually get to sleep.

Hmmm.. How many hours of sleep are we suppose to get each night?

Well people are supposed to get at least 6 to 8 hours sleep a night, and as for this being compared to the useless thread - i think they are in no way comparible. We are discussing sleep and what to do when you can't sleep int his thread - that useless thread is just plain USELESS; u have VERY good sleeping patterns - me on the other HAND - DON'T!

anwyays snuggle with your bear and have a enjoyable sleep! I would surely go to bed WAY earlier if I had someone to snuggle with and fall asleep with.
