I am still suprised trance was the number one pick. There was some heavy competition but trance reigns supreme.

Hey mumusa, met Christopher Lawrence about a month ago at a small gig he did here in the springs. One of the most down to earth djs in the industry. Very happy and energetic person.

not such a surprise... the most popular dj : tiesto, a trance dj. the most popular EM : a&b, a trance group.

i think its safe to say that trance is the most 'popular' genre in EDM.

For me the current Tiesto has not much to do with Trance

Which is why it shocks me when people say trance is dead or gone. this form of music will continue to evolve(like everything) and tho it may not resemble the trance sound of old, the backbone of the trance genre will always be present in one form or another. i think you could make a claim about a lot of other forms of edm being dead before putting trance on the chopping block.....

GIVE TRANCE A CHANCE....

I know...what a great person. He came to El Salvador about 3 weeks ago and played an amazing set. I met him and he was cool as shit. Talked to everybody, gave autographs...very cool.
