Melodic Trance::: Dickie Thijssen - Iconic (2005 Remix)

With this track i want to recreate the atmosphere of the '93 Returning Mix' of 'Nothing' (it hasnt got that feeling yet though). It's made in fl studio 5, only main part of the song, its still in pre-beta phase... Tell me what u think, any potential in this track, any needed improvements? In the future i will add a energetic bassline and some stronger synths, in this phase the priority is the melody.

heh sounds cute (and original)... I wouldn't exactly call it trance... sounds like a Christmas Carol on a house beat... I like it... it reminds me of children throwing snowballs at each other. It definately has that winter feel. good work.

It's a good tune actually... it's just by its description, it sounds like it's trying to be something it's not. There's nothing wrong with cheesey, happy sometimes.

Dude... That was damn cute, lol. I like it, it's really unique. Different synths would be pretty cool for a darker track, finish the track and re-post it, i'll definately give it a listen along with my feedback.
